This year I have taken a sabbatical from coaching to focus on my own well being. That includes meditation, a change in eating habits including regular education in nutrition, regular visits to my chiropractor, travel, writing and spiritual exploration. It is the first time in my life I have had this opportunity. At first it felt self-indulgent but has become a healing and transformative process. I have put others first my entire life. To be able to nurture and develop a relationship with my body and mind simultaneously is a gift that is reaping benefits. Meditation is creating coherence in my Being, peace in my spirit, and a natural tendency towards honoring my body.
I love coaching and believe this time set aside will reap benefits for the ones I hold dear as well.
